Supported Employment provides hands-on assistance for individuals ages 16+ who need support to choose, obtain, or maintain a competitive job or develop a micro-enterprise.
Our program includes:
- Job exploration and readiness training
- Resume development and interview preparation
- Job coaching and skill development
- Support transitioning to long-term employment services
Participants typically transition to long-term support within one year of securing successful competitive employment.
