Empowering Independence Through Skill-Building
Community Living and Supports helps children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build the skills they need to live independently, form meaningful relationships, and fully participate in their communities. Through the NC Innovations Waiver, individuals receive hands-on assistance in their own homes, at community activities, or in natural settings they choose.
Our support team helps individuals learn and strengthen skills such as:
- Daily living tasks
- Social and relationship-building skills
- Community involvement and navigation
- Independent decision-making
This service is designed to promote confidence, self-direction, and inclusive community membership.
