POSITION: DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and daily lives. This role is hands-on, engaging, and deeply rewarding.
You will help individuals:
- Build independent living skills
- Access community activities
- Stay safe in their home environment
- Reach personal goals and achieve meaningful milestones

REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the DSP position, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a valid driver’s license'
- Provide proof of auto insurance
